What you should know in regards to safety in the mountains
According to the laws in force each individual is directly responsible for his actions: for this reason in the event of an accident you can be involved also in terms of criminal law.
To observe the ski resort signs even when there is not an obvious danger can avoid problems: snow groomers working or slopes that are being put in safety through a programmed detachment of avalanches are all reasons why a track can be closed.
Before starting an activity in the mountains it is a good idea to review the rules in regards to safety of winter sports (Law No. 363, December 24, 2003,) and on helicopter rescue (charges for transport services and emergency medical service).
