The safe mountain foundation, in order to pursue its institutional aims in the field of the mountain security, of the study of hydro-geological risks and of glaciology - is involved in the acquisition, classification and disclosure of a heritage documentary as well as in the implementation of training and specialized courses referring to its competences.
The constitution of a library specialized in the above-mentioned themes, available to any interested researchers, professionals and students is one of the fundamental aim.
This data base will enable to promote the free used documents at Villa Cameron. Villa Cameron is also the seat of "Mont Blanc area Antenna" and for this reason all the publications of "Conférence Transfrontalière" and the results of main realized projects as the "Espace Mont Blanc's Sustainable Development Plan", in course of realization, are available.
