BEFORE LEAVING, IT IS IMPORTANT TO:
- See weather reports;
-Turn to the experts: mountain guides or hiking guides, guardians of refuges;
- Plan your route taking into account the difficult, the length and the gradient of the path and adapt it to your physical condition;
- Equip properly;
-Tell someone about the route chosen and the estimated time of return; preferably do not start your trip alone.
RESPECT THE MOUNTAIN: respect the flora and fauna, do not leave the paths, and take the waste back to the valley.
Free camping and bivouac are not allowed, but in according to regional law, admitted from sunset to sunrise over 2500 m high.
